Policies
Appointment Etiquette
Please plan to arrive at least 15 minutes before your scheduled time to review and sign consultation forms. A 15mminute grace period is given after your scheduled time. However, if you arrive shortly after 15 minutes of your appointment we may reschedule if your service cannot be completed within the remaining time frame of your appointment.
Payment Policy
Whether you book online or call to book an appointment a $5 Non-Refundable Deposit is required which will be applied to the remaining balance of your service fee. This ensures your appointment is secured, if any cancellations you risk losing your deposit. If you wish to reschedule you may do so within 30 days. For "No-Show", You will be charged the full price of your service. See full Cancellation Policy below.
Cancelation Policy
Clients may reschedule their appointment within 48hrs before schedule appointment with no charge. if rescheduled within 24hrs prior to your appointment, there will be a 50% charge as a service fee. clients may be able to reschedule twice and within 30 days of your initial appointment, if you have not rescheduled within the 30 days your deposit will be forfeited.
"No-Show's"
If you do not call/Email 15 or more minutes into your scheduled appointment time, it is considered a “no-show,” and your card will be charged for 100% of the service scheduled. This ensures that any upcoming appointments are properly taken care of, and that there is ample amount of time to clean and sanitize the treatment room. two “NO-SHOWS” will disable your ability to book any further appointments. (No exceptions) As your Esthetician and lash artist, It takes time and extreme effort to ensure you’re HAPPY AND SATISFIED and should be respected as such.
